Parker Lapp

I started on the Runsmart Saas team.  Parker saw the work I was doing and promoted me to do the same company-wide.  After IO bought Baselayer, they kept me on for another year as a contractor to keep the "Lead Machine" I had built functional.

In addition to an amazing career, Parker is the oldest Jiu-Jitsu fighter still in the ring (see image).
